In and out in a timely matter. Both techs were courteous and respectful of our home. Venting issue that had been overlooked many times by the last HVAC companies that came to perform our original furnace annual service was spotted quickly and corrected on a follow-up visit by Samuel about 1 week later at no additional charges. Shows that Jim’s team cares about their customers health, safety and well-being. 5 stars to all 3 techs and coop that came to our house! Thank you.
